Safety is very important to us here at Decker Electric and also to our customers and it shows with our track record compared to others in the industry. We are a member contractor of ISNetworld. ISNetworld is a data collection company that reports safety records to Owner Clients. You must have a great safety program and training in place and a good Experience Modification Rating to even be allowed on company property to perform work. We have consistently posted an Experience Modification Rating of less the 1. The industry average is 1.0 and if you are below that it is considered above average and vice versa. With some of the types of work we do it is extremely important to have a great safety record and we will take every precaution necessary to get the job done properly and safely

Decker Electric works very diligently to ensure the safety of our employees, project owners and employees of our subcontractors. We make no compromises when it comes to safety. Decker Electric requires regular drug/alcohol screening to ensure the safety of our job sites and minimize the risk for our customers.
Decker Electric has always supported additional safety programs, but also embraces new methods and continuous training.
