Decker Electric Changes Ownership

Decker Electric is excited to announce changes in ownership effective January 1, 2021. Ben Wilson, Blaine Clark, Jarret Bergkamp, and Jason Seiwert make up the new ownership group of Decker Electric after completing a five-year transition with founder Steve Decker. Steve started Decker Electric as a small electrical service contractor 43 years ago and is excited to hand the reigns of the company off to the four leaders who have been instrumental in the success of Decker Electric over the last decade.

Steve states, “I’m very ecstatic for the new ownership team at Decker Electric and know they will continue taking great care of our customers like we have since the first day we opened our doors. They have been the driving factor to the growth of Decker Electric throughout their careers, and I’m confident in their ability to continue to lead the organization in the years to come.”

Ben Wilson, Blaine Clark, Jarret Bergkamp, and Jason Seiwert have over 65 years of experience in the electrical contracting industry with all four serving in Executive Vice President roles for the past five years. With the ownership transition, they will be stepping into new roles with Ben Wilson serving as Executive Director of Business Development, Blaine Clark serving as Executive Director of Operations, Jarret Bergkamp serving as Executive Director of Pre-Construction and Jason Seiwert serving as Executive Director of Construction. The team is excited to build upon the past success of the organization by continuing to build relationships with clients and pursuing opportunities for growth.
