Decker Electric is continuing projects for the Wichita Water Partners at the Northwest Water Treatment Plant. Currently underway, Decker is working on the Chlorine Contact Basin Building, High Service Pump Station, Finished Water Pump Station, and Clear Wells. Slab rough in was completed for the Chlorine Contact Basin Building where the mixing tanks will be installed. Electrical conduit is being installed in order to power all the pumps.
There is a high amount of coordination because of the magnitude of the project. Many other subcontractors are on site working and there is a large amount of construction equipment throughout the site, so safety is of utmost importance. Most of this work will be completed third quarter 2023.
